This house was once three cottages knocked together and modified over time. The exquisite new two storey extension, which projects beyond the gable end of the existing house and contains a new garden room, a hallway, a master bedroom with en-suite, respects the local vernacular but clearly distinguishes the new construction from the old. A new handmade brick that complements the mix of bricks used before has been used both internally and externally in the new extension.
