James Young – Degree Prize at Canterbury School of Architecture

James proposed the combined celebration in the city of Budapest, of the traditions of classical and stringed music and of the Hungarian textile industry. Violin strings produced from the silk of the Golden Orb Spider would form an Aeolian façade, a large instrument to respond to the wind patterns in the city and play unique music.
