The awards encourage a high standard of planning, architecture, and the conservation of buildings of merit on the Isle of Wight.

The awards are to promote interest in the built environment, what makes good design and its value to the community it serves. This year there is a competition for children to design a project. The awards will be presented by the Lord Lieutenant, Martin White CB CBE JP.
