Revision 2 of the JCT suite of forms, published in 2009, contains some significant changes. This seminar will outline the range of JCT forms currently available and examine recent developments including Revision 2 and relevant case law, such as:

• The 2005 suite of forms - selection and use
• The latest from Constructing Excellence
• Revision 2 changes:

       - Sustainability
       - Framework agreement, communication and   
         retention bond
       - supplemental provisions: acceleration,  
         collaborative working, environmental
         considerations, health and safety, performance
         indicators, dispute resolution and mediation

• Recent case law relating to contract administration.
