5 November - Risk Management & Construction Law

4.00-7.00pm Sofitel, Gatwick. Update in these particularly important areas with Robert Stevenson of Berrymans Lace Mawer, members of the RIBA's panel of legal advisers and members of the CPD Providers' Network. £80 if booked before 22 October, £95 thereafter.

 

18 November - RIBA South East Conservation Group talk

Liz Hirst of Hirst Conservation on consolidation and conservation of decorative interiors. All are welcome - come and network. £20.

 

3 December - Three in One

3.00-6.00pm Reigate Manor. JCT Contracts update; site waste management plans; ecological surveys and site assessment for planning applications. With experts in all three fields. £80 if booked before 19 November, £95 thereafter.

 

10 December - Wine & Design with Simon Conder

Find out what makes Simon Conder Associates such a successful practice. Simon will talk about his philosophy and about recent buildings, including El Ray, the house at Dungeness that won the Stephen Lawrence Prize this year; and the practice's 'Rubber House' nearby, winner of the Stephen Lawrence Prize 2004.
