Description:
Can the Lead Designer also be the CDM Co-ordinator? Who prepares the Safety Plan and Safety File? What do they contain? What is the role of the Health and Safety Executive? What are the liability implications for the Designer and the CDM Co-ordinator? What other Health & Safety legislation applies? How does one deal with hazardous processes and materials? How does one gain adequate knowledge of H&S matters in order to take on the role of CDM Co-ordinator?
A foundation course of three modules over three days designed to answer all those questions, which explains the requirements of the CDM Regulations with the emphasis on the practical needs of the design team and culminating in the further knowledge required to take on the role of the CDM Co-ordinator.
There are 25 places available on each module/day
