Speaker: James Woollam, Lionheart Design and Advertising
James will run through marketing techniques and strategies for the small practice on a limited budget. He will describe areas of cost effective marketing, including effective PR, use of the web and direct marketing. This will cover questions such as what are the marketing fundamentals for a small practice, producing press releases, using customer data to great effect and how to get the most out of the web.
Speaker: Keith Snook, RIBA Director Research and Technical
Keith will demonstrate the RIBA Quality Management Toolkit, linking with the necessity of good production of information being required for quality in design and management. There will also be a short Q&A on the RIBA Chartered Practice scheme.
