The handling of the scale of the project by the architects and the client’s understanding of the benefits of the diagram are key elements to the success of this project.

The careful handling of the way people move horizontally and vertically though the building, prioritises patient privacy, while maximising efficiency of clinical care. Elliptical bedroom towers are an elegant solution to endless corridor syndrome, allowing the design to accommodate multiple ward configurations.
