Regional Forum

Regional Forum

RIBA West Midlands Regional Forum defines the goals of RIBA in the region. It is the main vehicle for representing the interests of members to regional and national decision makers. In difficult economic times, it is more important than ever that Forum is well positioned to respond on behalf of regional members to political and economic challenges by acting with clarity, rigour and authority.

The Regional Forum is made up of Regional Chair, Dhiran Vagdia and elected members from across the region. The Forum meets quarterly to discuss regional issues.

The Forum has recently established three working groups; Communications, Policy and Education and Outreach.

These groups are tasked with effectively managing the goals set out in the Regional Charter and assisting the Forum to achieve their vision:

"Our vision is to make RIBA a conspicious and high profile presence in the West Midlands Region that is valued by our members and respected by our partners and colleagues"

New members to these groups are always welcome. To register your interest please contact the regional office.
