This workshop covers the fundamentals of personal effectiveness and how to enhance practice management by consistently getting the best from people and adding the greatest value to your firm.

As one of the youngest recognized professionally qualified coaches and trainers in the country, Stuart works throughout the UK with diverse groups from students and teachers through to entrepreneurs and Blue Chip companies.
