Enhancing Practice Management through increased Personal Effectiveness

This workshop covers the fundamentals of personal effectiveness and how to enhance practice management by consistently getting the best from people and adding the greatest value to your firm. 

When you combine people's existing skills and abilities with personal effectiveness and solution thinking, the results for managers, leaders and their businesses can be truly outstanding.  The outcomes for this seminar are for each attendee to examine how they can change their thinking and behaviour to be focussed on finding solutions to their practice management challenges and leave with;

  • Solutions to their specific challenges to add immediate value to the bottom line
  • Greater confidence to step outside of comfort zones and maximise opportunities
  • Strategies for eliminating or significantly reducing the non-productive non value adding behaviours that can be exhibited as a result of being faced with challenges
  • Reducing the potential for a blame culture to exist in the firm by eliminating or reducing negative mindsets and attitudes
  • Increased energy, motivation, inspiration and willingness to implement ideas and do the right thing for the firm
  • Strategies to maximise time and resources more effectively
  • Tips and techniques to enhance leadership and management skills within the practice

Speaker:

Stuart Powell BSc (Hons), IDPC, LCGI.  Stuart is a Director of The Hughes Company and an accomplished trainer.He is passionate about helping individuals and companies to optimize their individual performance whilst helping people to grow their existing business. As one of the youngest recognized professionally qualified coaches and trainers in the country, Stuart works throughout the UK with diverse groups from students and teachers through to entrepreneurs and Blue Chip companies. His natural ability to work with people, create confidence and build self-esteem whilst embracing change  and inspiring even greater personal performance is a key attribute to enabling those he works with to enhance the results they achieve whether he is working 1:1, delivering training workshops or presenting seminars.

RIBA members: £64.63 (£55 + VAT)

Please note that refunds for cancellation will only be made if notice is received five days before the event.  A substitute delegate can be nominated.  The RIBA reserves the right to substitute speakers or cancel events should exceptional circumstances arise.
