  1. Hellifield Peel, Hellifield with a Judges' Commendation for Conservation by Francis Shaw, Brewster Bye Architects, Leeds.
Commended for Sustainability

Innovate Green Office, Leeds by Roberts, Rio Architects Ltd, Cardiff.

Commended for Conservation


The building that was Commended for Conservation was:

Wentworth Castle and Stainborough Park, Barnsley by Stephen Elliott, Purcell Miller Tritton, Sheffield.
