Description:
Professor Ragnar Lofstedt, Director of the King's Centre for Risk Management at King's College London, has been asked by Employment Minister Chris Grayling to chair a review of all health and safety regulations, with a view to simplifying the rules and easing unnecessary burdens on business. The Lofstedt Review is due to be published in autumn 2011 and could seriously affect how CDM is administered.
