In the current economic climate more than ever, we need to demonstrate to clients what differentiates us from our competitors.
This one day event will highlight how to attract the attention of potential clients through digital communication and marketing techniques, and then how to convert this interest into a new job by using personal communication techniques to win the pitch.
Digital communication: make an impact with your website and make the most of social media
In a digital world that is very transient and opinions can be formed in an instant, you have a few seconds to make an impact and sell your service. What identifies you from your competitors? Recognise who your target audiences are and how to reach them.
Through a series of case studies, our speakers will teach you how to review your own website, providing constructive criticism and good practice tips.
Learn how to use social media to your advantage, and bring attention to your practice.
Speakers: Rob Colley, Plump Digital and Jamie Steane, Principal Lecturer, Northumbria University
