These two seminars will highlight how to attract the attention of potential clients through digital communication and marketing techniques, and then how to convert this interest into a new job by using personal communication techniques to win the pitch. You can book one or both seminars.

Digital communication: make an impact with your website and make the most of social media

Morning seminar

In a digital world that is very transient and opinions can be formed in an instant, you have a few seconds to make an impact and sell your service. What identifies you from your competitors? Recognise who your target audiences are and how to reach them.

Through a series of case studies, our speakers will teach you how to review your own website, providing constructive criticism and good practice tips.

Learn how to use social media to your advantage, and bring attention to your practice.

Personal communication: how to impress and win the pitch

Afternoon seminar

You may have only minutes to influence the board, win the contract, motivate your staff, sell the project, pitch for new business. Can you do it?

In a competitive environment it is essential to be able to communicate effectively and confidently in order to win the pitch. This intensive, interactive workshop will cover the following:

  • Promote an improved company image at client meetings
  • Look and sound professional during the Pitch
  • Improve use of preparation time
  • Control nervousness – understand your mind and body
  • A template you can use for any pitch
  • The do's and dont's of visual aids
  • How to relate to the client

Throughout the session, you will be working on practical exercises which will help you communicate in order to win new work.
