Cundall have recently delivered the engineering for the Education Funding Agency’s (EFA) baseline designs through their multi-disciplinary team.
The key objective of the EFA baseline design standards was to deliver a better education environment within tight cost constraints for the purposes of the Priority Schools Building Programme. In these financially challenging times, the new cost plan requires schools to cut construction cost by nearly a third compared with the Building Schools for the Future programme and meet lower energy and carbon emission targets.
