CDM 2007 Making a Difference

25 September 2007

Venue:

The Kingswood Suite, Wakefield Town Hall, Wood Street, Wakefield

Description:

Get yourself up to speed on the changes in the CDM Regulations and how these affect the roles of Clients, Designers and Co-ordinators. The seminar will be conducted by an inspector from the Health and Safety Executive and therefore this is real opportunity to dispel the myths and understand the facts.

The revised Construction (Design & Management) Regulations (CDM) came into force on 6 April 2007, with one simple aim: To reduce construction accidents and ill health.

The aim of the seminar is to provide you with the background to the revision of CDM, to explain the requirements of the regulations for all duty holders, look in detail at the role of the designer and share some case-studies and experiences.
