This seminar for architects and associated professionals will outline the provisions of the legislation uinder the Party Wall etc ACT 1996, give information on the interpretation of the Act and discuss the architects' responsibilities and duties when acting as a party wall surveyor. It will cover; overview of the Party Wall etc Act 1996; detailed examination and discussion of sections 1, 2, 6 and 10 (including delegate involvement, questions and explanations); an example project including serving appropriate Notices and making an Award. This session will require delegates' active participation.
