Speaker: David Reynolds of Drivers Jonas LLD. David Reynolds has experience in a wide variety of property related matters. At Drivers Jonas, he deals with neighbourly disputes. These include considering lighting levels in proposed residential accommodation under the British Standard, analysing daylighting and sunlighting levels under planning legislation, advising on rights of light issues, acting on party wall matters under the Party Wall Act 1996 and dealing with other issues such as scaffolding, crane trespass and means of escape.
