When you make a gift in support of the RIBA, you can take pride in knowing you are making a genuine contribution to the future quality of the built environment. Your gift at any level is highly valued and we offer a variety of ways for you to contribute to our work.
Individual donations
Individual Donations, in any amount, help cover the cost of essential operations—conservation of valuable works of art, education and outreach programs and much more. But they also fund innovative curatorial projects that showcase not just house-hold names like Sir Christopher Wren but also the future through the work of young and emerging architects.
Planned giving
The RIBA is in the process of developing an exciting new Friends of the RIBA scheme that will bring people closer to the work and aspirations of the RIBA on a regular basis. If you would like to register your interest in advance of the scheme being launched as a 'Founding Friend' then please do contact the RIBA Development Office.
Planned Giving can also include regular annual gifts, bequests and gifts of assets, can help provide for our future financial health. We have several special funds including:
-
The Education Fund
-
Acquisitions Fund
-
Library Fund
-
The RIBA Exhibitions Fund. Specifically dedicated funds to support our exhibition and outreach programme.
From time to time, one-off projects require substantial fundraising. A recent example is the RIBA Trust’s Le Corbusier Season|. A current special project is the a touring exhibition of the work of Andrea Palladio| to be taken to venues around the USA.
