  • Communicate with members via the RIBA Journal practice pages, weekly practice
    ebulletin, press briefings, the RIBA website and RIBAnet.
  • Manage the service provided by the panel of specialist practice consultants.
  • Organise a diverse range of events on key practice issues, including Guerrilla Tactics and the Future Leaders Programme.
  • Support the Practice and Profession Committee and other member-interest groups.
  • Liaise with other industry bodies and the government.
  • Strengthen the relationship between architect and client in public buildings via the client forums.
  • Run the Future Trends Survey designed to monitor the employment and business trends affecting the architectural profession throughout the period of economic downturn.
