Karen Rogers is Project Director on a number of major regeneration, mixed use and residential projects at BDP.

She previously worked for seven years at Sheppard Robson where she was involved on site with Tate Modern and a planning application for the London Coliseum. Overall, she has eighteen years' experience in practice.

Karen sits on the RIBA council and was elected Honorary Treasurer for 2007-09.  She also sits on the RIBA Holdings Board and the board of the RIBA Journal. Additionally, Karen is treasurer to the Women in Architecture group active within the RIBA and has presented on their behalf in London, and more recently, Tokyo.
