Roger Zogolovitch is managing director of Lake Estates Ltd a bespoke developer specialising in high quality innovative development projects. He is a client and promoter of development projects specialising in design led development. He is also director of AZ Urban Studio Limited, a consultancy offering design and development advice.

He has been a government advisor and has completed town and city masterplanning in collaboration with David Mackay, of MBM Arquitectes, Barcelona, for Hastings & Bexhill and Plymouth. 

His work has won many award and he has contributed to a new book entitled 'Experiments in Architecture', published in 2005.
