RIBA Venues' normal office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, although we also oversee early or late functions.
We are happy to arrange viewings of our rooms, but this is by appointment only. Please call us on the numbers below to organise a time that is convenient.
For a swift response to your enquiries we suggest you use the main office number and email. We aim to respond to all voicemail and email within two hours of the message, but at busier times this may take longer.
Making a booking
To make a booking contact the RIBA Venues team by email or telephone. The team will advise you which room is best for your event and also check availability.
If you are happy with your selection and want to make a provisional booking, we will then take your contact details and put a provisional booking on our computerised system for that date. We will then send you out a letter confirming the provisional booking with costs and two booking forms (Room and Catering). We ask you to send these back within ten working days. Once these are returned the booking is then confirmed. Cancellation charges will then apply if necessary.
