Architects for Change (AfC) are the equality forum of the RIBA. The committee aims to improve equality and diversity in the education and practice of architecture.
During 2008/09 AfC will be focusing on four key projects, handed to the committee by the 2007 RIBA Equality Task Force.
AfC has contruibuted to research studies into the low levels of female and ethnic minority representation in architectural education and the profession.
