S333’s eye catching residential scheme challenges the traditional concept of the terrace bringing affordable, family homes back into an inner city area. Its character is defined by a strong surface material presence where a dark chocolate polyester concrete gives a luxurious feel, achieved within a tight budget. Concrete lends itself readily to surface manipulation and robust structural requirements.
