Description:
Liverpool's past, present and future sets the context for a two-day symposium that explores new thinking within the urbanism and urban design, defining the challenges for the 21st Century cities. Speakers include Anne Power (LSE), Peter Head (Arup), Herbert Girardet (World Future Council) and Sunand Prasad (President, RIBA).
With talks, debates, study tours and a private view of Le Corbusier- The Art of Architecture, the symposium culminuates with the Urbanism Awards 2009.
