Women in Architecture (WiA) has commissioned a series of photographs promoting the visibility and diversity of London-based women architects in contemporary practice. Set in a range of work environments, this pilot project aims to foster an increasingly inclusive, diverse and engaged profession that more readily reflects the society it serves.
These images will be used by WiA in their website to promote the practice of architecture to prospective female students and to champion women in the profession. They will also support WiA in their outreach work with schools, universities, professional networks and the general

WiA champions the participation and professional advancement of women in architecture. It serves as a platform for debate, exchange and support for women architects, and as a link with the built-environment professions.
