Description:
Future Leaders Programme 2012 in partnership with The Rooflight Company|
A leadership training event for future leaders of the architects' profession.
Session 1 - 13 March 2012
Following the success of the first Future Leaders conference in March 2011, the RIBA is delighted to announce that the next annual event is scheduled to be held at the RIBA on 13 March 2012.
The Future Leaders event is an initiative established by the Large Practice Group of the RIBA as a means of providing the next generation of architects with the skills necessary to lead their practices in an increasingly complex profession and construction industry.
The speakers have been specially selected to provide a business overlay to the skills learnt during the Part 3 courses. The day consists of a mixture of talks and workshops with the principal aim to provide eye-opening and thought-provoking insights into subjects such as time management and successful negotiation.
The course was extremely well received last year and whether you are a partner or director of a practice looking to enhance the skills of your future leaders or an individual striving to be a future leader, this is the perfect day for enhancing your own business skills or those of your staff.
We have decided to offer three half-day sessions in 2012 to give more delegates the opportunity to attend this event.
