**Due to unforeseen urgent Parliamentary business later in the evening, Hilary Benn will now speak at the slightly earlier time of 6:00pm to 6:30pm. His place on the panel with be taken by Robin Mortimer, Director of the cross-Government Adapting to Climate Change Programme.**

Rt Hon Hilary Benn, MP for Leeds Central, the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and instigator of the 'War on Waste' campaign addresses the challenges of climate change adaptation and the effects of a growing population and an increase in metropolitan dwelling, while discussing possible solutions.
