Description:
The UK has one of the world's most ambitious targets for delivering zero-carbon homes by 2016 and zero-carbon non domestic buildings by 2019. But with time pressing on just how are we going rise to the challenges these targets present? This debate will provide an opportunity to hear from three leading Ashden Award winners; Solar Century, Architype and Geothermal, who will respond to the proposition: "If I were the Government Minister responsible for zero carbon new buildings the key things that I would do to ensure that we are able to meet our targets would be ……" Presentations will be followed by a Q&A with the audience and a final vote for the solutions the audience likes best.
