Brut Deluxe is based in Madrid and Lisbon and focuses on the investigation and creation of space and its atmospheric qualities. The projects vary vastly in scale and approach, from temporary installations to building design and urbanism, artistic installations to industrial design and architecture. Ben Busche will show a range of their recent projects.
Chilean architect Alberto Mozó will present his prize-winning scheme for computer offices in Santiago, created from a unique laminated wood-beam system which allows the building to be relocated. The work of his practice, which featured in the 2008 Venice Architecture Biennale, spans the disciplines of interiors, furniture and architecture.
