Description:
Two of Ireland’s leading practices present their work and reflect on their practice in the context of The Lives of Spaces exhibition in Gallery 1 in which both have participated.
Sheila O’Donnell and John Tuomey represented Ireland at the Venice Biennale in 2004 and have twice been shortlisted for the Stirling Prize. Tom dePaor was selected as the Young Architect of the Year in 2003 and is the curator of the Irish Pavilion at the 2010 Venice Biennale.
This lecture will be chaired by Niall McLaughlin.
