Charles Correa (1930-) is an internationally recognised architect and urban designer (Royal Gold Medal for architecture 1984, Aga Khan Award 1998) who has played a pivotal role in the creation of an architecture for post-Independence India.In this lecture, his first in the UK since 2008, Correa charts a distinguished career in architecture, looking at the projects, passions and influences that have shaped it.
