Situated directly opposite the Grade II listed Selfridges department store on London's iconic Oxford Street, the Parcels Building stands as a wonderful example of adaptive reuse of an existing building.

The architects took on the ambitious task of transforming the outdated and unfit for purpose 1957 office and retail building into a vibrant, sustainable hub for modern workspace and retail. Stripping back the existing building to its structural elements, a new façade and floors have been added, enhancing both energy performance and occupants’ comfort. The new façade brings depth and rhythm whilst cleverly negotiating the contrasting scale and character of Oxford Street and Duke Street.
