Conference day

Curated by Creative Directors Amos Goldreich and Parag Prasad, this year’s Guerrilla Tactics Conference explores how small practices build thriving businesses while balancing the directors' and teams' wellbeing.

The conference will explore how practice leaders shape a culture where everyone's time is valued and respected, inefficiencies and scope creep are guarded against, and clients understand the value architects add. It will investigate the viability of a shorter work week, how team members can be empowered to improve job satisfaction and benefit the business, and offer practical tips for improving communication with clients and teams and for remaining calm under pressure.

Insights and tools to help you:

  • leverage the unique qualities of small practices to improve your wellbeing
  • safeguard your time and manage client expectations
  • develop an empowering leadership style and increase team satisfaction
  • achieve a better work-life balance without compromising the business
  • find creative ways to grow the business without relying on unpaid overtime
  • manage stressful situations and adopt more helpful habits
  • confidently communicate your value & your values to clients
  • better navigate difficult conversations and improve professional relationships
  • understand your team and elicit meaningful feedback
  • learn how a practice implemented a four day work week and how it benefitted their business
