We're thrilled to announce that our next stop on the series of tours is Maker + Faber, two all-electric, low-energy, BREEAM ‘Excellent’ office buildings, currently being constructed adjacent to City Hall and The Beam as part of Legal & General's £160 million investment into the Sunderland Riverside Masterplan.
The offices offer 150,000 square feet of Grade A office space in the heart of the city center, boasting stunning panoramic views of the River Wear. With a completion date set for late summer, this tour provides a unique opportunity to witness the progress on-site as Maker + Faber enters its internal fit-out stage.

Important notes for attendees
Due to the nature of the site, this tour has very limited capacity.
All attendees must bring their own 5-point PPE, which includes a hard hat, hi-visibility jacket, gloves, steel-capped boots, and safety glasses.
