10 Jamestown Road NW1 was a dilapidated 1950’s warehouse in the centre of Camden Lock. The forecourt encouraged anti social problems and created a dead area on a busy, vibrant shopping street.
We have extended the front area to create high profile restaurant units which animate the street. At roof level an extension and terrace have been created. Vertical bay windows give views up and down Jamestown Road and create variety in the office spaces. The 33,000 sq. ft. building has been enlarged by 35% to create a better streetscape in an important Camden Street.
