Archiculture takes a thoughtful, yet critical look at the architectural studio. The film offers a unique glimpse into the world of studio-based design education through the eyes of a group of students finishing their final design projects. Interviews with leading professionals, historians and educators help to create crucial dialogue around the key issues faced by this unique teaching methodology and the built environment these future architects will create.

A panel discussion will take place after the screening of the documentary with:

  • Will Hunter, Executive Editor of Architectural Review and Director of the London School of Architecture
  • Charles Walker, Head of Architecture at Royal College of Art
  • Chaired by Hannah Vowles, Deputy Head of the Birmingham School of Architecture, Chair of aae association of architectural educators, member of RIBA Education Review Panel
