Liverpool is one of the UK’s greatest cities. From Georgian terraces and the world famous docks to grandiose commercial and civic monuments, the city is alive with architecture and buildings that chart more than 300 years of history and development.
RIBA Liverpool City Tours offers four regular tours that run throughout the year, each with a distinct take on one of the many stories of the city:
- Gateway to the World - Sundays at 11am and Wednesdays at 2pm
- City of Culture, Learning and Faiths - Saturdays at 11am
- Sculpture, Culture & Civic Pride - First and Third Thursdays of the month at 2pm
- The Ropewalks: Growth, Decline & Regeneration 1715 - 2015... - Second and Fourth Fridays of the month at 2pm
We also run additional tours throughout the year. Please check the tour website for the latest information.
Please note: Each tour lasts approximately two hours and requires at least a mile of walking.
