Salary: Up to £18,000 per annum
Location: 76 Portland Place
Hours: 35 Hours per week, Full-time, 12-month fixed term contract
We are recruiting for an exciting new opportunity to join our Finance team, based at our vibrant offices in London. Reporting to our Finance Manager (Expenditure), you will be responsible for processing staff and member expense claims as well as handling and reconciling petty cash. You will also assist with processing sales and purchase invoices. You will be using our finance systems daily, so whilst we don’t expect you to have previous experience in this, it is essential that you are confident in using computer systems.
This role will work closely with both RIBA staff and our members and will play a pivotal role in maintaining good working relationships.
The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE level, with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s- including maths and English. You will be able to demonstrate both written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work comfortably with colleagues at all levels.
