Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 per annum, pro rata
Hours: 17.5 hours per week, Permanent

This is an exciting time to join the organisation as we transition towards a new way of working with and supporting the staff. The post of Learning and Development Partner is vital to this and is embedded within the Human Resources team.
This is an exciting role for you to help shape Learning and Development at the RIBA working with the organisation to deliver an all-encompassing Learning and Development programme to nurture and develop the workforce. You will be required to work in a proactive and partnering way to provide forward thinking Learning and Development solutions to help the organisation meet its strategic aims.
You will require experience of developing an organisation wide Learning and Development function and a good understanding of evaluation methodologies. You will also have a strong interest in forward thinking techniques and the ability to engage with and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
You will work with a friendly team, committed to making the RIBA a 'great place to work'. We are ambitious and creative and looking for someone with great ideas and the ability to put those ideas into action. The RIBA is based in newly refurbished offices close to Regents Park and is a hub of activity right now with a lot of exciting projects being led by talented and committed people.
