Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week, fixed term contract, until 16 December 2018

The RIBA Part 3 team is an expanding area of operation which includes the RIBA Part 3, PEDR monitoring service, MEAP access course and portfolio support services in the UK and internationally. We are seeking an individual to be a main point of contact for all clients across the portfolio ensuring an outstanding level of service at all times.

Do you have excellent people skills? Do you have knowledge of architectural education and ARB/RIBA membership requirements? Do you have a high attention to detail?

You will be a main point of contact for individual and corporate clients, providing information across all RIBA Part 3 products. On a day to day basis you will be required to deal with queries and issues, maintaining up to date client records, processing invoices and co-ordinating events on all products and services. Underpinning all of this is providing exceptional customer service for our clients.

This is a key role within our growing RIBA Part 3 team based at our new architecture centre RIBA North, Mann Island, Liverpool Waterfront.
