Administrative Assistant to the CEO and Presidents Office

Salary: £20,480 - £23,552 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week, permanent
We are looking for a positive and resourceful individual to take on this varied role, giving vital support to the CEO and President’s office by supporting the roles of the Assistants to the CEO and President.
This role will involve a range of duties such as management of emails, invitations, completing expense claims, drafting some correspondence, arranging meetings, briefings and travel, and meeting and greeting guests. There will also be the opportunity to take on some specific projects on behalf of the CEO and President’s Offices.
You will also provide full administrative support for the President Elect/Immediate Past President, who are in post in alternate years. Duties will include diary management, arranging travel and accommodation, dealing with emails, sourcing briefing material and drafting correspondence.
A confident, professional and collegiate person, you will be adept at note taking, fast and accurate typing as well as handling confidential information. You will be able to juggle various tasks and prioritise conflicting demands. You will have a good standard of written English, sound knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and first class communication skills.
You will also be required to provide short-term cover for the President's or Chief Executive's Assistant where necessary.
