The Royal Institute of British Architects is the world’s pre-eminent organisation dedicated to the advancement of architecture and to the promotion of excellence in the profession.

Salary £18,000-£20,700 pa pro rata
Hours: 21 hours a week Part-time, Fixed Term
Location: Central Leeds

This is an exciting opportunity to join the RIBA team responsible for managing best practice architectural competitions on behalf of UK-based and international clients.

Working in a busy, dynamic environment, you will provide administrative and logistics support to the team, answering the telephone, handling registrations, co-ordinating diaries, organising site visits, recording digital entries, and recording / following up assessments.

The successful candidate will be a team player, with experience of working in the construction industry or a client services environment, as well as project support and customer relationship management (CRM) databases.

You will have a passion for architecture and design, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. Attention to detail is essential.
