Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Location: 76 Portland Place
Hours: 35 hours per week, Full-time, Fixed term 12 months

The RIBA is seeking to appoint a new Finance Business Partner to its finance team at the RIBA HQ in Portland Place, London. The role will support several commercial teams which will be transferring into the RIBA on 31 December 2017 from one of our subsidiary companies. The role will be pivotal in establishing close working between the commercial and finance team, and will offer a rare and exciting opportunity to help establish new tailored reporting and analysis for the transferred divisions.

The post-holder will produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts and quarterly reforecasts, play a lead role in producing the annual budget for the divisions, and offer pro-active support and analysis to help management to drive the profitability of their products.

The role will suit a recently qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA) with significant experience in management accounting or business partnering roles. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of both commercial and not-for-profit environments, have excellent communication skills, and sufficient gravitas to work comfortably with senior colleagues.
