ICT Senior Support Technician

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week, 12 month fixed term contract

Location: 76 Portland Place

The RIBA is delivering a programme of business transformation to fulfil our vision to become a global professional membership body driving excellence in architecture. The ICT & Business Transformation department is spearheading this programme of change, working with colleagues across the organisation and partners outside to deliver radical improvements in our member and customer experience and in operational efficiency.

The ICT Senior Support Technician will be a key member of the ICT Operations team responsible for providing customer focused, third line technical support of our systems and infrastructure including servers, networks, back-up, desktops / VOIP and applications both on premise and in the cloud.

Candidates will need to be comfortable with working autonomously and embracing a rapid learning curve to help support multiple business systems. You will have a thirst for acquiring new knowledge and a drive to deliver results under pressure.

In line with the recently agreed pay principles and independent market data, an increased recruitment range has been agreed for this role.
