Salary: £25,088 - £29,696
Location: London
Hours: 35 hours per week, full time, permanent

The RIBA is looking for a highly organised and effective Practice Programme Coordinator with an interest in architecture.

As Practice Programme Coordinator, you will provide effective and efficient operational and programme support for the smooth running and successful outputs of the Practice Department working closely with the Director of Practice.

You will have considerable experience as an office manager, senior administrator or senior PA working in a complex office environment. Able to work flexibly in supporting a number of different people, complex work programmes and projects simultaneously, you will have excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. You will have experience of managing diaries, and of monitoring and administering management accounts.
