Senior HR Business Partner

Salary: £55,000 - £58,000
Hours: 35 hours per week, 12-month fixed term
This is an exciting time to join the HR team at the RIBA as we continue to transform our organisation and ensure we’re in the best shape for the future.
You will work in partnership with a number of business areas to provide a responsive, customer focused and credible HR service, providing specialist coaching, support and advice and helping the RIBA to build a culture that engages and motivates people to continuously improve and drive high performance.
An experienced Senior HR business partner, you will have strong knowledge and experience in all areas of HR including managing organisational change, TUPE and restructuring with a strong focus on pay, reward. In this role you will be directly managing complex employee relations, policy, procedures, and casework ensuring RIBA remains legally compliant. You will have a coaching and enabling approach to working with people and will be someone who takes pride in delivering on promises and providing excellent customer service.
You will work with a friendly HR team, committed to making the RIBA a “great place to work” and will line manage a HR Officer and HR Assistant. We are an ambitious and creative organisation and looking for someone with great ideas and the ability to put those ideas into action, whilst inspiring others to do the same.
