Senior HR Business Partner

Salary: £55,000 - £58,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week, 12 month Fixed Term Contract
This is an exciting time to join the HR team at the RIBA as we continue to transform our organisation and ensure we’re in the best shape for the future.
You will work in partnership with a number of business areas to provide a responsive, customer focused and credible HR service, providing specialist coaching, support and advice and helping the RIBA to build a culture that engages and motivates people to continuously improve and drive high performance.
An experienced Senior HR Business Partner, you will have strong knowledge and experience in all areas of HR, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, talent management and workforce/resource planning. You will have a coaching and enabling approach to working with people and will be someone who takes pride in delivering on promises and providing excellent customer service.
You will also have a background in the design and delivery of leadership and management development programmes and will work closely with our existing Learning & Development Business Partner in providing fit for purpose training solutions.
You will work with a friendly HR team, committed to making the RIBA a “great place to work” and supporting the organisation through a significant period of change. We are an ambitious and creative organisation and looking for someone with great ideas and the ability to put those ideas into action, whilst inspiring others to do the same.
