35 hours per week, Fixed Term Contract, 22 September 2020

The RIBA have an exciting and important new role within the RIBA ICT Service desk acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries.

The Service Desk Analyst will have a positive attitude be comfortable working in a fun and fast pace environment providing first class customer service to RIBA staff across the UK and internationally.

The role will enable the candidate to have exposure to a variety of projects and develop their career path to second and third line support or other roles within the wider ICT and Digital departments.

The ideal candidate will be a real team player, have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and a passion for technology.
