The ‘plantation house' chic design by Stiff + Trevillion was felt to be a faithful and extremely imaginative interpretation of the brief and the Club hope that the venue now sets a new benchmark in terms of appeal, iconic status and exclusivity.

The Club were seeking a design that would stand the test of time and have a resonance with the ethos of the Club without replicating any of the other public rooms.

The Club are delighted with the end result and feel the outcome is impressive and stunningly close to the original design. The ambience and atmosphere, always difficult to inculcate into a brand new venue, has been present from the outset and the Club’s food and beverage turnover has improved dramatically as a result.
